Vice President Monica Dorhoi congratulates Vice President Mike Pence for the visit in West Virginia on Saturday, March 25, 2017

Washington DC Vice President Monica Dorhoi of World Bank congratulates Vice President Mike Pence of the United States for the visit in West Virginia today. Ms. Dorhoi has also congratulated the United States Business Administration Agency.

“For over a decade Ms. Dorhoi has supported the United States Small Business Association programs and training.”

“Ms. Dorhoi has officially expressed more support and attended more training events as World Bank representative than any other international serving official in Washington DC. View expressed by a former National Security Advisor serving 3 United States administrations at official function.”

“Early in 2000 while doing research for my PhD degree in public administration, we first started working on how to revive the economically depressed Lansing area. We prepared several business assessments with the Business School of Michigan State University.”

“It would take the State of Michigan 7 years to significantly revive Lansing and Detroit area. The study did contribute to it.”

“We looked at the incentives for start-ups and USBA across 50 states and the incentives they offered. It changed the way we looked at the programs and had a huge impact on the public administration studies of Michigan State University. We had an impact and it mattered.”
