Vice President Monica Dorhoi, antifraud and anticorruption official, serving the international banking industry at large congratulates Governor Mark Carney for his steady leadership and courage of the financial field.

Ranked as one of the most knowledgeable experts on conflict of interest and anticorruption as per the PhD dissertation from Michigan State University (graduated in 2005) and with over a decade of practical experience on regulating conflict of interest at the World Bank and in the financial world, Monica Dorhoi fully supports the leadership of Governor Mark Carney of the Bank of England.

The resignation of the Chief Financial Officer Hogg of Bank of England as the result of United Kingdom Parliament report is not easy for any of us.

As Antifraud and anticorruption expert I fully support Governor Mark Carney.

I was first introduced to Governor Mark Carney more 18 years ago when President Andrew Crockett of the Bank of International Settlements and my mentor at the time introduced us. It was a very auspicious presentation held at the Bretton Woods Committee during the Annual Meetings of World Bank International Monetary Fund.

What truly amazes me is how patiently Governor Carney explains ever since intricate financial statements and results. Carney has done so in the last 18 years since I have started monitoring him. Governor Carney is for all. Thank you for your support and trust.
