Official visit of Monica Dorhoi at #CasaItaliana and #HolyRosaryChurch in Washington DC!
Sunday, December 19, 2016 Monica Dorhoi attended a Christmas celebration at the largest catholic church of the Italian community in Washington DC.
Over 800 leaders and members of the American-Italian Community members attended the event.
The event is taking place every Sunday after the mass held by Father Ezio Marchetto at Holy Rosary Church.
“What I truly like about the church is the fact that they celebrate Christmas in a very traditional way. The coffee is also amazing. They do serve inside the Danesi Italian coffee the way they prepare it in Italy.”
The attendees are also representing very much Italy as we know it. The Holy Rosary Church and the community is not purity religious.
What I like about this meeting hosted near the Holy Rosary Church in Washington DC is that everything at the event is related to Italian or the Italian heritage in United States.
Looking forward to officially attending this year’s December 24-25, 2016 Christmas celebrations.
If you like Italy this is the place to go to to celebrate the holidays.
For complete description of the schedule of events, I personally highly recommend “Voce Italiana,” which is the Italian-American Gazette of the Greater Washington DC area.
